On Monday, August 2, 2010 the Asian Association of Hampton Roads held a Press Event at the newly renovated CrownePlaza in Norfolk, Virginia.

The AAHR Inaugural Reception was held at the TowneBank Town Hall in Chesapeake, Virginia on May 14, 2010 where the newly formed Association was formally announced.
