OKLAHOMA DISASTER FUND RAISING EVENT
Dear Hampton Roads Community Supporters,
AIHR ACTS WHEN MAJOR DISASTER STRIKES. Our mission is to always provide relief to communitites impacted by natural disasters. In light of the recent disaster in Oklahoma, AIHR is organizing a Fund Raising Event and requesting the Hampton Roads Community to support this cause. Funds collected during this event will be donated to The Heart of Oklahoma American Red Cross.
NAWAB INDIAN CUISINE & HOLIDAY INN Virginia Beach - Norfolk Hotel & Conference Center have generously agreed to sponser Food and Venue. AIHR will donate $2000 for this cause in addition to all proceeds from the event.
Venue : HOLIDAY INN, 5655 Greenwich Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23462
Date : Friday 19th July 2013, 7 PM - 11 PM ET
Tickets : Adults - $20, $10 (10-18 years), Kids under 10 are free
Table : $500 per table, capacity 10 people
Activities : Music, Dance & Dine, Cash Bar
Note : All payments by CHECK ONLY (Additional Donations are welcome)
