You Can't Afford to Sit This One Out - Neither Can Our Community

The 2020 Census is a population count of everyone living in the United States. It’s used to determine congressional representation, but more importantly, it’s used to allocate nearly $700 billion in federal funding for vital community services like schools, hospitals, roads, SNAP, fire stations, Medicare, Medicaid and more. For every person who is not counted, our city loses up to $20,000 over 10 years. Instructions to complete the 2020 Census will be mailed in March and should be submitted before the end of April.
