Join the Hampton Roads Chamber at the 2019 Diversity in Business Forum.

The discussion for diversity and inclusion practices is more important now than ever. Join the conversation at the Diversity in Business Forum.

A study of diversity in the workplace conducted over several years by McKinsey & Company found that companies in the top quartile for gender diversity outperform their competitors by 15% and those in the top quartile for ethnic diversity outperform their competitors by 35%.

Creating a diverse business climate will ensure Hampton Roads is a region where people of all backgrounds want to live, work and play.

Hampton Roads Chamber is honored to host a panel discussion with prominent business leaders including Jim Bibbs, The Port of Virginia; Dr. Deborah Fontaine, Norfolk State University; Dr. Johnny Garcia, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and small business owner; and Susan-Ayala West, Hampton Roads Pride.
