Hampton Roads Chamber is honored to host a panel discussion with prominent business leaders including Jim Bibbs, The Port of Virginia; Dr. Deborah Fontaine, Norfolk State University; Dr. Johnny Garcia, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and small business owner; and Susan-Ayala West, Hampton Roads Pride.
Carla Williams, University of Virginia will provide the keynote address. Williams is the first African-American athletics director at a Power Five conference institution and is the fifth active female athletics director at that level.
Congressman Bobby Scott and Norfolk Vice Mayor Martin Thomas, Jr. will provide remarks.
